Account security is your responsibility. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your username or password with any third party. mikey888 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all mikey888 accounts. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
mikey888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, RHB Online, and selected cryptocurrency networks. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified in an active promotion.
All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in the name of the mikey888 Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
mikey888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Player is in breach of these Terms; (b) mikey888 is required to do so by law or regulatory direction; (c) mikey888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) the Player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players.
On closure of an Account for reasons other than breach by the Player, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for deposit, subject to completion of KYC. Bonus Funds are not returned on Account closure.

Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address and/or via a notification on the Platform. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights available to you under the consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
